Which countries are available on Travel Afrique?

Our goal is to offer you unforgettable journeys over all countries of Africa. That is why we work tirelessly to make more and more countries and trips available to you on Travel Afrique. You can currently find travel to the following countries on Travel Afrique:

  • Democratic Republic of the Congo (DR Congo)
  • Madagascar
  • Morocco
  • Namibia
  • Rwanda
  • Tanzania

How do I book a trip?

The trips on our website are all offered by carefully selected and verified local agencies. To book trips on Travel Afrique you must be registered and logged in.

You can book ready-made trips with local agencies or ask them to design a tailor-made trip for you. If you decide to have a tailor-made trip, your local agent will send you travel proposals. If you are satisfied with the proposed trip and are ready to proceed with the booking, please send us a message.

Your local travel agent will ask you to send the necessary documents and details of the travelers and you will receive a payment link to pay your deposit and confirm your trip.

Who do I contact during my trip if I have an issue?

If there is anything that you are unhappy with or if you experience any problems during your trip, we would urge you to contact our partner via the number that they gave you before your trip.

Our partner is there to provide 24 hour on-site assistance for you once you are in the destination, and will do their absolute best to resolve any issue for you. But if you cannot find a solution with your travel experts, we are here for you. In such cases you can contact us here.

Do I need travel insurance?

During trips, unexpected events can always occur, so we recommend that you take out insurance before you travel. You may already be covered by additional solutions or your credit or debit cards might provide insurance. It is therefore always worth taking a look at the insurance you have taken out or asking your bank whether you need take out additional insurance options at all.

Currently Travel Afrique does not offer a solution, but we are working to provide you with a comprehensive and exclusive insurance cover that you can choose when making a booking in the future.

What payment methods do Travel Afrique accept?

Your payment will be processed through our secure payment platform, which includes Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

What if I have a complaint about one of the services?

If you have a complaint about any service you have purchased through Travel Afrique , we kindly ask you to contact us directly.
We regularly evaluate our partners and are interested in hearing about your experiences with them. While we do not take responsibility for the services of the partners, your feedback helps us to select partners better and more rigorously
