5. Do we use cookies and other tracking technologies?

When you visit our website, information may be stored on your computer in the form of a cookie. This
paragraph describes the cookies we use and explains why we use cookies and how we use the information we collect. It
also explains how cookies enable the proper functioning of our website and app and why you may not be able to use
the full functionality of the website if you disable the use of cookies. By visiting our website without changing
your preferences, you consent to the use of all cookies and other data collection tools; however, if you decline to
use these cookies, you may change your cookie-related preferences at any time. All companies and/or networks with
which we work have their own privacy policies and procedures in place for their users to opt-out of tracking and
behavioral targeting through advertisements or the opt-out procedures set out in the “Controlling and Deleting
Cookies” section.

What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files that contain data that are downloaded to your computer or mobile device
when you visit certain Internet pages. The cookies are then sent (back) to the original website or another website
that recognizes the cookie each time you visit it. The use of cookies is widely used to make our website work or
function more efficiently and to provide information to the owners of the website. Cookies have many different
purposes: They allow you to switch efficiently between different pages, store your preferences and generally improve
the user experience. Cookies allow us to determine whether you have visited our website before, for example, or
whether you are a new visitor. They can also help ensure that the ads you see online are relevant and of interest to
you.

There are two main types of cookies:

Why do we use cookies?

We use cookies for several reasons, including the following:

What types of cookies do we use?

The types of cookies we and our partners use in connection with our website can be divided into five
categories: “Essential Cookies”, “Functional Cookies”, “Performance and Analysis Cookies”, “Advertising and Tracking
Cookies” and “Social Media Cookies”. We have collected some additional information about each category and the
purposes of the cookies that we and third parties set in the following table.

Required cookies for our essential purpose:

These cookies are critical to the delivery of our website and all services available through the
website. These cookies also support functions such as access to protected areas. Without these cookies, services you
have requested, such as transaction pages and secure login accounts, would not be possible.

Cookies for functionality:

Functionality cookies collect information about your choices and allow us to tailor our site to you.
These cookies mean that we can provide you with our services according to your preferences when you continue to use
or visit the site. These cookies enable us, for example:

Performance and analysis cookies:

We use performance/analysis cookies to analyze how our website is accessed, used or functions in order
to provide you with a better user experience and to maintain, operate and continually improve our website. These
cookies enable us, for example:

We use Google Analytics and many other web analytics tools to help us better understand how users use
the site. Like many other services, these web analytics services use first-party cookies to track users’ activity.
In our case, they are used to collect information about how users use our website. This information is used to
generate reports and create services that help us improve our website and the services we provide through it. The
reports inform us about website trends without identifying individual visitors. For some services, you may opt out
of tracking immediately. For example, you can disable the use of cookies by our website or Google Analytics without
affecting how you visit our website. For more information about how Google Analytics can disable the tracking of all
websites you visit, please visit this Google page.

Advertising and Tracking Cookies:

We may allow third parties, including advertisers (such as Google), to place cookies on our website.
These cookies allow these companies to track your activities on various websites where they serve ads and record
your activities so they can serve ads that they think are relevant to you while you browse the Internet. These
cookies store information about the content you are browsing, along with an identifier associated with your device
or IP address.

These cookies also allow us and third parties to know whether you have seen an ad or a type of ad and
how long ago you last saw it. This information is used for frequency limiting purposes, to customize the ads you
display, and to measure the effectiveness of ads.

Third Party Cookies:

There are some pages on our website where third parties provide applications with their own cookies to
track the success of their services (applications) or customize applications for you. Due to the way these cookies
work, we cannot access the cookies, nor can third parties access the data of the cookies we use. Some pages of our
website may also contain embedded content, and these third party websites may set their own cookies.

How to control or delete cookies

You have the right to accept or stop the storage of cookies on your device at any time by adjusting the
settings in your web browser to your cookie settings.

Please note that if cookies are disabled, you may not be able to use all interactive features of the
website and/or online courses and content.

Most browsers provide instructions on how to change your cookie settings. These settings are usually
found in the Options or Settings menu of your browser.

If you only want to restrict third party advertising cookies, you can disable them using the following
